Raj’s style of photography is “Reportage” - the photographic art of observational documentary storytelling, with minimal disruption to the scene or event taking place. His photographs are natural, un-contrived and un-staged. He specialises in Editorial and Corporate assignments but has extensive experience in many other genres of photography.

Raj is a full-time professional photographer based in London, UK. He works anywhere the assignment takes him, both in the UK and internationally.

He meticulously plans the assignment with his clients to offer the best solution to their photography needs and communicates effectively with corporate teams, creative directors and picture editors at content-creation, publishing, marketing and advertising agencies; during pre-production, production and post-production stages of an assignment.

Raj has excellent attention to detail, both in his image creation and in his interpretation and delivery of the brief given to him. He is flexible in his approach, both to the brief and the teams that he works with, becoming a seamless part of any team for the duration of the project or assignment. He will adapt his approach to assignments to suit individual clients and will always be happy to accommodate their unique and specific needs.

He works very well, either on his own, or with other members of a creative or corporate team, respecting and treating with dignity all team members, clients and their guests, at all times. He thrives under pressure, both on assignments and with tight delivery times, regularly finding himself on complex, multi-action assignments where there are mere seconds to be in the right place, at the right time, to get the right shot. 

Raj works on single assignments for clients, or multiple assignments over a longer period of time, building successful, long-lasting client relationships that bear fruit over many years. His firm belief is that he is not only representing himself, he is also representing his clients and their brands, so the highest standards of professionalism and behaviour are paramount at all times.
